Our Pizzas are made from traditional Italian dough, hand stretched and cooked to order on the stone of our wood burning oven.
Fresh Pasta is handmade each morning on the premises as well as all our home baked breads; Foccacia and Ciabatta to bespoke olive and herb breads to name but a few.
Our sauces are made from imported Italian vine ripened tomatoes and topped with a selection of the finest cheeses, choice meats and freshest vegetables, herbs and spices.
All our meals at Pappa Roma are prepared by our chefs using only the finest ingredients available in true Italian style. Chef Nicola has been with us since day one and has over 30 years of experience in Italian kitchens, trained in the Heart of Italy.
